Your tasks:
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our client on a daily basis. As an On Site Manager, you will coordinate the deployment of employees at the client's site in collaboration with department managers. Your main responsibilities include organizing, coordinating, and supporting employees from their first day of work. Additionally, you will utilize our digital time tracking system to manage and monitor their working hours.
Your profile:
You have gained initial professional experience in personnel services, the service industry, or the HR field. You possess strong communication skills, work independently, think analytically, have a strong execution capability, and demonstrate a sense of responsibility. Your understanding of personnel deployment planning, combined with your organizational skills, allows you to easily implement and manage tasks.
